Home Information Pack
when put up for sale.
A mandatory requirement of the Home Information Pack is an
Energy Performance Certificate.
A
Home Condition Report,
or survey, is an optional, but authorised part of the pack which
can be a very useful tool in selling your home. This INCLUDES an
Energy Performance Certificate
By October 2008 all rented properties, properties on the market
before HIPs and commercial properties will require an Energy
